USC coach Caryl Smith Gilbert, who has won 12 conference titles during her career at Central Florida and with the Trojans, discusses the vision and significance of the inaugural Power Five Trailblazer Challenge at Loker Stadium, and also competing against Tennessee, Miami (Florida), Ohio State and USC. Smith Gilbert led USC to a second-place men's team finish March 10 at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships, which followed a third-place women's result in June at the NCAA Outdoor final.
